Support the community relations team in building and maintaining positive relationships with Macao’s local communities, stakeholders, residents, NGOs, and government bodies. Assist in planning, executing, and documenting community engagement, outreach events, and CSR initiatives, while learning local social and cultural dynamics.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Community Engagement & Outreach Support

• Assist in identifying and mapping local stakeholders (community leaders, NGOs, local associations, government departments) in Macao.
• Support outreach activities: community visits, workshops, activities.

2. Event & Program Coordination

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community events (e.g. cultural workshops and charity drives).
• Support logistics: venue booking, material preparation, and on-site execution.
• Help track event attendance, feedback, and outcomes; compile post-event reports.

3. Administrative & Documentation

• Maintain databases of community contacts, partners, and activity records.
• Prepare meeting agendas and follow up on action items.
• Assist in drafting social media content, and internal reports.
• File and organize documents, photos, and records for compliance and reporting.

4. Research & Reporting

• Conduct research on Macao community trends, local policies, social issues, and cultural norms.
• Collect and analyze data on community engagement effectiveness.
• Assist in preparing materials/data for the monthly/quarterly activity reports and impact summaries.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders

• The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
