We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and AI-driven Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll help accelerate transformation into an AI-focused company. You will work closely with senior leaders to uncover opportunities where technology and automation can simplify work, reveal new insights, and empower people to achieve more. This role sits at the intersection of the global Commercial Organization and digital execution, partnering with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate workflows into clear, actionable requirements. 

 

 

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION :

Analytics Delivery & Value Realization 

  • Partner with Commercial teams and IT to support AI-enabled initiatives through data analysis, data preparation, and validation, ensuring solutions are built on complete, accurate and high-quality commercial data.

  • Define business data requirements, identify and source relevant data across multiple ERP and commercial systems, and validate datasets with Digital/IT for commercial AI applications.

  • Use data platforms and BI tools such as Snowflake and Tableau to explore, analyze, validate, and visualize commercial data, and prepare insights to support AI initiatives.

  • Work with data from multiple ERP and commercial systems to identify relationships, reconcile data and create reliable datasets for Commercial analytics and AI use cases.

  • Create and maintain data quality monitoring dashboards and reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data used in Commercial AI initiatives.

  • Perform data analysis and validation to identify data gaps, anomalies, inconsistencies, and quality issues that could impact AI solutions.

  • Analyze internal and external commercial data to quantify opportunities, identify risks, measure business impact, and support AI use case development.

AI testing/validation :

  • Design business test scenarios and validate AI outputs from a commercial and data perspective (not technical testing).

  • Define data and quality metrics, acceptance criteria, and validation frameworks for Commercial AI solutions.

  • Establish continuous monitoring processes for deployed Commercial AI solutions, including data quality and business performance monitoring.

  • Lead user acceptance testing coordination with regional Sales and Service teams.

  • Investigate data-related issues and AI model performance issues, working with Digital/IT and business stakeholders to identify root causes and solutions

 

Stakeholder Partnership  

  • Collaborate closely with Digital/IT on data sourcing, integration, preparation, and quality across multiple systems to support AI model development.

  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges, analyze data and identify high-value AI use cases.

  • Serve as the bridge between Commercial business needs, data, and AI solutions, translating business requirements into clear data and analytical requirements.

  

Training & Capability Building 

  • Promote data, analytics, and AI literacy across the Sales organization.

  • Coach business users to effectively leverage data, analytics and AI solutions and applications.

YOU HAVE  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, finance, math, statistics or a related quantitative field. 

  • 3+ years of data analytics or business performance experience 

  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights that support sales growth.  

  • Exposure to AI, generative AI, or automation tools 

  • Basic familiarity with Python, SQL, or analytics tools

  • Experience supporting testing, adoption tracking, or KPI measurement 

Preferred Experience 

  • Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau Cloud, AWS).  

  • Experience in sales analytics, sales performance management, or revenue operations. 

  • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and performance reporting. 

  • Experience with data analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.

Monthly Gross Compensation Range:

zł10.575,00 - zł21.975,00 Per Month

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
