Position Details

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Status: Full-Time
Shifts: AM & PM
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident’s individualized care plan.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.

  • Obtain and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.

  • Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care.

  • Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.

  • Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and overall quality of life.

  • Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

  • Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
