Clinical Workflow Services Lead

Lead clinical workflow professional and adoption service delivery across Europe for Radiology Informatics, enabling scalable implementation, customer adoption, and workflow delivery excellence.

Your role:

  • Lead workflow-related professional service deliveries across Europe, ensuring customer requirements are understood, documented, and translated into feasible implementation approaches.
  • Define and maintain up to date the portfolio of the services provided by the Clinical Workflow Services, defining the content, deliverables and expectations of each of the provided services, including the RACI, process for the engagement, stakeholder map, and present the process to the various stakeholders
  • Lead the team responsible for RIS/PACS front-end installation and integration, workflow configuration, workflow troubleshooting, clinical workflow consultancy, and workflow-related implementation support.
  • Ensure the clinical workflow services team is contributing to the overall RI SSD Europe Goals, by implementing the related strategies and team wide goals in line with the cascaded goals, establishing proper KPI framework to ensure the performance of the team is in line with the expectations
  • Apply all people-leader related procedures, including on-off boarding employees, recruitment of new talents, support the individual growth and career path of the team members, run PPM and ACR process, including individual goal setting and KPI
  • Define and govern workflow-related project scopes, deliverables, and execution approaches in alignment with customer expectations, contractual requirements, delivery standards, and business priorities.
  • Own the enablement strategy for the Clinical Consulting and workflow-focused delivery community in Europe, including structured training, mentoring, knowledge sharing, standard practices, and L2/L3 clinical workflow capability growth.
  • Drive workflow analysis and design activities to support customer-specific clinical processes, enterprise imaging workflows, RIS/WIM adoption, and end-user workflow optimization.
  • Support local delivery organizations in clinical and workflow-related escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting customer experience, implementation quality, and adoption outcomes.
  • Drive standardization of workflow implementation practices, front-end configuration approaches, workflow test cases, training materials, and reusable delivery assets.
  • Coordinate with Technical Consulting Services, Delivery Innovation, Delivery Quality, Product, R&D, Project Management, and local market teams to ensure end-to-end implementation alignment.
  • Build and lead a high-performing workflow operations team focused on customer outcomes, adoption, accountability, knowledge sharing, and execution excellence.
  • Support the AI adoption on the clinical workflow analysis, configuration, testing and validation processes for RI Solutions.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Delivery, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • You have minimum 8 years’ experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 5 years’ experience with a Master’s degree, in areas such as service delivery, implementation, performance management, or equivalent.
  • You have experience in RIS/PACS project delivery, ideally with workflow-oriented aspects such as RIS, Diagnostic Imaging Workflow, enterprise imaging workflows, or workflow implementation.
  • You have strong knowledge of clinical workflow consulting, customer adoption, workflow standardization, front-end implementation governance, and training enablement.
  • You have proven ability to manage stakeholders, risks, KPIs, project scope, resource planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • You have proven experience coaching, supporting, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to colleagues.
  • You hold certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI PMP, PRINCE2, or TOGAF, which are preferred.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €43,025.00 –€72,366.67. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for a short term incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
