THE ROLE

FloSports is seeking a Client Success Specialist to support our Track & Field and Cross Country software partnerships. In this role, you’ll work directly with timing companies, meet directors, and state associations to ensure a smooth, efficient event experience.

You’ll assist with seasonal setup, provide responsive technical support, help execute postseason advancement workflows, and collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure data accuracy and software success. You’ll work closely with the Client Success Lead and Stats Team team to keep things running smoothly across peak seasons.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in managing relationships with key partners including timers, meet directors, and associations

  • Support meet setup and registration workflows using MileSplit and DirectAthletics software

  • Help execute postseason advancement and results processing for state championships

  • Monitor and resolve partner support tickets, escalating as needed

  • Partner with premier meet hosts to facilitate registration, streamline payment and entry processes, and manage results data.

  • Troubleshoot software issues and provide timely, clear partner communication

  • Collaborate with the Stats team to ensure data accuracy in MileSplit databases

  • Contribute to documentation, process tracking, and partner resource updates

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support team goals and partner success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and partner service skills

  • Familiarity with Track & Field and/or Cross Country workflows

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning web-based software tools

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and consistent in follow-through

  • Able to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team

  • Adaptable to changing seasonal demands and willing to jump in where needed

DESIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1–2 years experience in operations, support, customer service, or event coordination

  • Familiarity with MileSplit, DirectAthletics, TFRRS, or meet registration software preferred

  • Experience working in a seasonal or event-based environment
