We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health Insurance Department team at Marsh. This role will be based in Dubai, UAE. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a Client Relationship Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and the day-to-day leader for a portfolio of health and benefits clients, including complex accounts. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, strengthening relationships, supporting retention and revenue goals, and ensuring solutions remain aligned to evolving client needs, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.

We will count on you to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned health insurance accounts, building trusted relationships with client stakeholders and professional counterparts across the organization.
  • Consult with clients to develop comprehensive understanding of their businesses by conducting and analyzing client research, preparing benchmarking studies, and creating risk maps for internal and external use
  • Proactively identify client needs, anticipate challenges, and recommend health insurance solutions that align with client objectives, plan design considerations, and market context.
  • Manage key account activity end-to-end, including day-to-day service requests, billing transactional work, renewal planning, policy changes, and coordination of deliverables to ensure timelines and service standards are met.
  • Monitor policy performance metrics and claims/utilization trends (as applicable), and conduct quarterly business reviews to discuss outcomes, insights, and opportunities to improve value for clients.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and senior colleagues, acting as a connector to ensure the right expertise is brought in at the right time and that client communications are clear and consistent.
  • Resolve account concerns and issues promptly, applying sound judgment to escalate matters appropriately and protect client satisfaction and retention.
  • Capture and report relationship insights and satisfaction feedback to senior colleagues and management, providing context and recommendations to support continuous improvement.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Marsh capabilities, contributing to departmental revenue and retention targets.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation, activity notes, and reporting in company systems to support transparency, governance, and consistent service delivery.
  • Participate in relevant industry events, webinars, and networking activities to stay current on market trends and strengthen relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies in all client interactions, documentation, and transactions.

We will count on you to:

  • Experience in client relationship management/account management within insurance, health insurance, employee benefits, or a related professional services environment.
  • Strong consultative and communication skills, with the ability to translate client needs into practical solutions and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage renewals, deadlines, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with policy documents, performance metrics, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) relevant regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
