Support the Production Team and shift teammates in the safe and effective completion of daily production & loading requirements which will include:

  • Handling raw materials (hazardous and non-hazardous)

  • Producing and managing multiple production batches

  • Quality control/routine testing of product samples

  • Data retrieval and entry in the facility’s computer system (SAP)

  • Safe Operation of powered industrial truck and yard truck

  • Management and disposal of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous).

  • Significant moving, lifting and manual labor is required. All employees are expected to work safely in accordance with established safety policies and wear company supplied PPE including a respirator.

Position Requirements:

  • Reading, writing and mathematical aptitude is required for performance of job duties.

  • The successful candidate will possess computer skills or the able to acquire through training.  In addition, the successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to work shifts and desire to improve their personal skills. 

​Position Expectations:

  • Work with and solicit input from team members to agree on the most effective way to meet daily tasks.

  • Work with the Production Team to recommend and implement procedures or processes to make the team or plant more efficient and safe

  • Ensure the Production Team complies with plant rules and expectations

  • Ensure shift to shift information is communicated effectively

  • Ensure that proper SAP data entry processes are followed

  • Assume duties of Chemical Operator A in their absence

  • Gain introductory Chemical Operator A experience

Work Schedule:

  • This role requires you to work a Pitman schedule which consists of 12 -hour shifts and being able to work overtime when needed.

Education:

  • A high school diploma is required. Advanced studies and/or several years of related work experience are pluses.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $43,160.00 and $63,294.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
