Job Description:

The Change and Comms Manager is responsible for driving the change management and communications strategy for Digital Experience products, specifically focusing on driving MGS productivity, user experience, and self-service adoption. This role ensures high user adoption by managing change for both net-new project deployments and ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) product updates. The role requires a balance of program-level coordination and local implementation, leveraging a regional network of Change Agents to drive consistent adoption across the business.

Context and Scope

Reporting to the Digital Experience Director, the Change and Comms Manager operates within a matrixed product environment to deliver the change and communications for the Digital Experience products. Product Managers and Owners will be responsible for driving the execution of change.

This role is essential in connecting the program and communications with MGS CA and other workstreams to strategically enable scale to the Segments and achieve the experience and self-service objectives of Digital Experience products. The associate must fluidly transition between structured program-level reporting (such as SteerCo preparation) and hands-on, tactical change execution for day-to-day BAU support.

What will be your key responsibilities?

1. Change Management & Adoption (Project & BAU)

  • Strategy & Execution: Build, execute, and maintain the Change Strategy and Communications Plan to support both new Digital Experience product feature rollouts and continuous BAU updates.

  • Impact & Stakeholder Mapping: Complete stakeholder maps and impact assessments to inform and customize regional change plans and key messages.

  • Change Agent Network: Engage, liaise with, and coach regional Change Agent Network members (including Single Points of Contact and Key Users) to drive and support local adoption, address resistance, and gather feedback.

  • Training & Enablement: Partner with product teams to design training approaches, use cases, and self-service materials that enable users and reduce support tickets.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

  • PMO & SteerCo Reporting: Provide change readiness metrics, progress updates, and risk management inputs to Program PMO leadership and Steering Committees (SteerCo).

  • Sponsor & Leadership Alignment: Partner with and coach Product Sponsors and Managers so they have the knowledge and ability to support teams and deliver key messages.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Connect the program change and communications with MGS Corporate Affairs (CA), P&O, Finance, and key external partners to manage program dependencies.

Job Specifications & Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum: Undergraduate degree (Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields).

  • Highly Preferred: Prosci Certified (ADKAR methodology).

  • Preferred: Experience working in a global program or PMO environment.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Change Management: Proven experience driving change and communications in a complex, global corporate environment.

  • Project & BAU Management: Track record of supporting both large-scale deployments and continuous run-state (BAU) updates.

  • Stakeholder Management: Experience advising product managers and presenting progress/readiness updates to senior leadership or Steering Committees.

  • Digital Products: Experience managing change specifically for digital products or platforms to drive user adoption.
