About Delta View Post Acute

Delta View Post Acute is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Our team is committed to delivering resident-centered care while promoting dignity, respect, compassion, and an exceptional quality of life for every resident.

Position Overview

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on care and daily support to residents while working closely with licensed nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Your dedication and compassion will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, respectful, and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.

  • Measure and document vital signs and other resident information.

  • Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the nursing team.

  • Accurately document resident care according to facility policies and procedures.

  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and other mobility needs.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.

  • Provide compassionate emotional support to residents and their families.

  • Follow infection control and safety procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

  • Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.

  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
