Pacific Coast Post-Acute is looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team.

Our CNAs play an essential role in providing quality, compassionate care while helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $20.60–$22.00 per hour, DOE

💰 $2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Eligible full-time CNAs may receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid in five increments in accordance with the facility's bonus payout schedule.

Available Shifts

  • Full-Time AM Shift

  • Full-Time PM Shift

  • Full-Time NOC Shift

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll work closely with residents and the nursing team to provide hands-on care and support throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

  • Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.

  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other resident information as directed.

  • Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.

  • Accurately document care provided and maintain appropriate resident records.

  • Respond promptly, respectfully, and courteously to resident requests and needs.

  • Assist with implementing individualized care plans.

  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence.

  • Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility according to care plans and facility procedures.

  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

Qualifications

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience is preferred, but not required
