Job Summary

Managing domestic and international product certifications and factory audits. Manages the certification processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to maintain certification quality. Monitors certification metrics and implements improvements.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage domestic and international product certifications for LED lighting products, including but not limited to CE, CB, UL, ETL, FCC, SAA, PSE, KC, CCC, CQC and other market-specific approvals.
  • Review product designs and technical documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate product testing activities with internal teams and external laboratories
  • Prepare and submit certification applications, technical files, test reports, declarations of conformity, and related documentation.
  • Lead audit preparation activities and ensure factory readiness.
  • Prepare audit documents, records, procedures, and evidence required for assessments.
  • Act as the primary contact person between the factory, customers, and certification agencies regarding audit activities.
  • Manage the projects schedular, cost, quality.
  • Solving or coordinating to solve the issues in process.
  • Participate in shop floor continuous improvement, increasing Quality, Efficiency and First Pass Yield.
  • Involve in LEAN projects and leading kaizen event in process part.

Critical Experiences

  • Education:
  • bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Products Certification (Domestic and international) and Factory Audit
  • Be familiar with assembly manufacturing, LED luminaires industry is preferred.
  • Good communication skill and interpersonal skill, PMP will be a plus.
  • Competency and Skills:
  • Must be Familiar with Products Certification and related Standard.
  • Workable Oral and read English is a must, need to Communication with Certification authority of different countries
