What You Will Do

 

  • Manage the operations of the Engine Component Repair Cell and lead a team of up to 30 Technicians.

  • Achieve the operational targets in eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization and cost efficiency.

  • Implement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce cycle time.

  • Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and overtime management to optimize performance.

  • Manage and report the production outputs and sales targets.

  • Drive employee engagement through effective communication, coaching, and performance feedback.

  • Support staffing, training, and development to build team capability and succession readiness.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Materials teams to meet business objectives.

  • Monitor and report production outputs, sales targets, and operational KPIs.

  • Lead productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects to reduce cost, improve quality and cycle time.

  • Support and participate in the EH&S programs and activities within the company.

  • Participate in audits and inspections as and when required.

 

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent disciplines.

  • Min 3 years' experience in production, operations or manufacturing in supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.

  • Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience using SAP or equivalent enterprise systems.
  • Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills.
  • Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.

 

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Relevant experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing or MRO.
