As a CDTR-ETS- SAP GTS-Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver solutions within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk network, focusing on SAP Compliance and Security. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business processes. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage workstreams effectively. You will also have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Transformation Controls & Security Integration - SAP team, where you will navigate complex situations and contribute to the delivery of client solutions. You will be expected to anticipate client needs and deliver quality work, while also developing your personal brand and technical skills. This position offers a chance to deepen your understanding of the business context and grow within our SAP practice.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing complex compliance and security requirements within SAP environments
- Developing and implementing compliance programs and governance frameworks
- Conducting compliance audits and documenting findings to support client engagements
- Utilizing SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools to enhance compliance oversight
- Advising on corrective actions and remediation design to address compliance gaps
- Collaborating with clients to develop policies and guidelines for regulatory compliance
- Managing compliance record keeping and documentation processes
- Leveraging data analytics to identify compliance risks and opportunities for improvement
- Supporting the integration of compliance technology solutions within client systems
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their compliance needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4-8 years of experience of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA for data analytics and reporting
- Implementing compliance program development and regulatory guidelines
- Managing operational risk and performance management strategies
- Developing policies and guidelines for corporate governance
- Embracing change and learning agility in dynamic environments
