Requirements:

• Market Research Experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Well versed with Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau would be a plus.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and present information.
• Able to communicate with the stakeholders.
• Self-starter with strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with or willingness to learn and adopt AI-enabled tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve research, analysis, and productivity.
• Experience with AI-assisted research, automation, or agent development is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques.
• Monitor the market and facilitate insightful qualitative, quantitative, and strategic analysis to the stakeholders through a well-documented report.
• Regularly track pricing for various commodities and should be able to provide an in-depth analysis and reasoning for the price fluctuations.
• Identify potential suppliers by understanding stakeholders’ exact requirements and provide risk assessment for the same.
• Develop market analysis to illustrate market size/share/growth globally and by region for key product/commodity/markets.
• To interpret global macro-economic factors which impact economics, politics, and business environment in general.
• Support ad-hoc requests – understanding, prioritizing, and providing analysis within stipulated timeframe.
• Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, and reporting quality.
