Location: Old Moat Garden Centre, Epsom
Hours: Saturday, 9am - 5pm and Sunday, 10am - 4pm
Contract: Temporary Christmas Cover (Starting 28 November 2026 until 31 December 2026)
Salary: 13:45 per hour
Please note: The salary listed reflects the full earning potential for this role. Starting salaries depend on experience and progression within the band.

Old Moat Garden Centre, Epsom
Do you have good interpersonal skills and customer service experience? Are you friendly, reliable and happy working outdoors as part of a busy team?
Old Moat Garden Centre is looking for Casual Christmas Workers to help sell Christmas trees during weekends throughout the festive period.
As an important part of the local community, Old Moat provides retail and horticultural services to the public while offering training and work-based opportunities to adults experiencing mental health challenges.
Your duties will include:
- Welcoming customers and helping them choose their Christmas tree
- Answering questions and providing friendly customer service
- Preparing, moving and displaying Christmas trees
- Keeping the sales area tidy, safe and well stocked
- Supporting the team with tree sales and other general duties
- Helping create a positive and welcoming environment for our customers and service users
This is a practical, customer-facing role involving outdoor work and some lifting, so you’ll need to be comfortable working in different weather conditions.
