Summary
各種カテーテルや輸液セット、フットポンプなど医療機器の提案営業

Duties & Responsibilities
各種医療機器を取り扱う提案営業として、以下のような業務をお任せします
現場課題/医療機器の課題に関するヒアリング
課題解決策（製品、情報等）の提案
製品使用方法の説明、手術立ち合い
医療従事者向けの種操作トレーニング・セミナーのサポート、説明会の実施
担当エリアの大学病院や総合病院などにおける、利用診療科の拡大企画等

Qualifications & Requirements
法人営業経験2～3年以上の方（業界経験尚可）
医療で社会に貢献したい方

歓迎：
課題解決型の提案営業経験
医療機器の営業経験
代理店営業経験
手術立ち合いの経験

※通常業務はお電話やWEB上での打ち合わせがメインとなりますが、状況に応じて病院のほうに出向く可能性がございます。

少なくとも週1回は、オフィスへ出社が必要となります。

研修について／長期的に成長をサポート
未経験入社でも専門チームによる3か月の研修で成長を後押しします。医療の基礎知識、製品知識や取り扱い方はもちろん実際に導入する上で必要なノウハウだけでなく、それをどのように医療従事者の方にアウトプットするか、その営業手法まで指導を受ける事が可能です。
現場に配属後も、上司・メンター・研修担当者による営業同行やOJT、各種の勉強会などを通じ、継続して成長の機会を提供します。
