As Campus Director, you will play a central leadership role in guiding campus performance, supporting student success, and strengthening the connection between education and career outcomes. You will work across campus functions to foster accountability, build a strong team culture, and ensure the campus operates effectively in support of both academic and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily campus operations to improve student outcomes and business performance.
- Manage campus budgets, payroll, and operational efficiency against financial targets.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate staff to build a high-performing campus team.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation, state, and federal education regulations.
- Build community and industry partnerships to strengthen campus visibility and placement outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing campus operations.
- Experience managing staff performance, coaching team members, and supporting a high-performing staff culture.
- Experience improving or overseeing student outcomes.
- Experience with budget management and payroll oversight in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and state and federal education regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication skills and experience building relationships with staff and community partners.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Holding a teacher's license in Cosmetology or Esthetics in the state of Illinois is a plus.
