💻 Who You Are
We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Data Systems Analyst to take ownership of the organization's data ecosystem and help transform data into meaningful business insights.
This is a highly hands-on and autonomous role. You will be the primary resource responsible for the company's BI and data environment, working across systems, data integrations, reporting, and analytics while partnering directly with stakeholders across the business.
The ideal candidate is someone who not only knows how to work with data, but thinks critically about how data should be organized, structured, documented, and used to support scalable business decisions.

Requirements
🎯 What You'll Do:
Data & Systems Management
- Take ownership of the organization's data and analytics environment, including Qlik Sense, Snowflake, Fivetran, Census, and Veeva CRM.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integrations and pipelines to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and accessible.
- Identify inconsistencies, investigate data issues, and work with internal teams, consultants, and software vendors to resolve issues.
- Establish scalable approaches to data organization, documentation, and governance.
- Help reduce one-off data solutions by developing more standardized and sustainable processes.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and know when to leverage vendor and consultant expertise.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, data architecture, and the overall efficiency of the data environment.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
- Own the development and ongoing administration of Qlik Sense, including dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting.
- Develop standardized reporting across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Leadership.
- Pull data from multiple systems and turn it into meaningful insights and recommendations.
- Analyze business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring further investigation.
- Ensure the business is reporting on the right information and that KPIs accurately reflect business performance.
- Present dashboards, reporting, and insights to stakeholders across the organization.
- Support both recurring reporting requirements and ad hoc analytical requests.
Data Strategy & Business Partnership
- Work directly with stakeholders across multiple business units to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
- Help establish a more structured and scalable approach to how business data is organized and managed.
- Act as a key resource in developing the organization's data and reporting strategy.
- Evaluate opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve reporting and decision-making.
- Support data initiatives involving additional sources and platforms, including potential integrations with Amazon and Shopify.
- Balance ongoing reporting needs with longer-term data improvement and implementation projects.
⭐ What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Management, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense is required.
- Strong SQL and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience working with data warehouses, integrations, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Experience with Snowflake is strongly preferred.
- Experience with Fivetran, Census, and/or Veeva CRM is an asset.
- Power BI experience is an asset, particularly as the organization continues to evaluate its future BI strategy.
- Strong understanding of data organization, data quality, governance, and scalable data practices.
- Ability to investigate data discrepancies and troubleshoot issues across multiple systems.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify the key insights and business drivers within data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with external technology vendors and consultants is an asset.

- Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000
