We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) with 2–8 years of experience to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong SDR/BDR experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to identify qualified prospects, initiate meaningful conversations, and create new business opportunities.
As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline by researching target accounts, engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team. The role requires a proactive approach, strong business acumen, persistence, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting, referrals, databases, social platforms, and other lead-generation channels.
- Execute effective SDR/BDR activities, including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other prospecting methods.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and business opportunities.
- Connect with key decision-makers and understand their business challenges, requirements, and purchasing needs.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria such as business need, budget, authority, and timeline.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product discussions for Account Executives and senior sales team members.
- Create personalized outreach messages based on prospect profiles, industry, company size, and business needs.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and move them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in CRM systems.
- Track outreach performance, conversion rates, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, customer challenges, and market opportunities.
- Continuously experiment with and improve prospecting strategies to increase response and meeting-booking rates.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned activity and qualified-meeting targets.

Experience & Qualifications
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in SDR, BDR, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales development targets.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
