Business Data & Analytics Lead
Requisitos
Formación Académica
Licenciatura en Actuaría, Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Sistemas, Economía, Administración, Estadística o afines.
5 - 7 años de experiencia en un rol similar análisis de datos, Business Intelligence, Analytics o áreas afines.
Experiencia trabajando con stakeholders de negocio y equipos de TI
Deseable experiencia en programas de lealtad, CRM, Customer Analytics, Growth o áreas comerciales.
Ingles Intermedio - Avanzado Conversacional
Herramientas requeridas:
- Power BI, Tableu o alguna herramienta de visualización de datos
- Experiencia trabajando con metodologías Agiles.
- Manejo de Jira
- Conocimientos en AWS (deseable)
- Manejo de datos con datalake a grandes volúmenes (deseable)
- Redshift (Deseable para entendimiento de arquitectura)
Responsabilidades:
Estrategia Analítica
Entender prioridades del negocio, traducir necesidades en productos analíticos, definir prioridades del backlog analítico, coordinar iniciativas con el Data Product Owner.
Business Partner
Trabajar directamente con Growth, Loyalty BAU, Innovation, CRM, Revenue Management, Partnerships, Finanzas para desarrollar soluciones analíticas alineadas a los objetivos del negocio.
Decision Intelligence
Generar insights, formular hipótesis, identificar oportunidades, medir impacto económico, elaborar recomendaciones ejecutivas.
Executive Reporting
Dashboards ejecutivos, scorecards, KPIs estratégicos.
Data Governance (Negocio)
Definir KPIs, documentar reglas de negocio, validar consistencia funcional.
