About this Business Analyst role at Uni Systems

At UniSystems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role:
- Preparing business and functional requirements, use cases, diagrams, test case, eliciting requirements, stakeholder management.
- Business model and process analysis, and business processes modelling.
- Preparing Functional Specifications and data dictionaries.
- Analysis for low code / no code technological solutions.
- Analyse documents delivered by stakeholders and prepare their implementation.
- Participate in the release planning meetings to propose requirements to be implemented.
- Organising analysis meetings, managing the relationship with the project owners.
- Proposing the UI-UX design compliant with European User Interface guidelines for website category of EU branded harmonised websites according to the Europa Web Guide.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Master's degree in IT with minimum 13 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 17 years relevant experience).
- At least 6 years of specific expertise in analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- At least 6 years of specific expertise in BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in software development methodologies (e.g. Agile).
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in working with Jira.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
- Proficiency in English language at a minimum C1 level.
