If you are passionate about innovating, building loved brands and you love to generate a connection with consumers… this role is for you! For our brand we are looking for an ambitious Brand Intern. The position is based in Santa Fe and reports to a Brand Coordinator for Regio. In this unique position you will be in charge of following the yearly innovation plans in Mexico to achieve an ambitious and relevant innovation funnel. This is a role that requires critical thinking, self drive, creativity and resilience to ensure full support to the Brand Coordinator to bring relevant innovation for Regio.
What You Will Do
- Support the innovation coordinator by finding new market trends, testing product or brand ideas.
- New product development end to end.
- Follow up Innovation Projects for Regio.
- Competitive Set Analysis to identify category opportunities.
- Ensure product launches tracking & analysis.
- At product launch: provide requests to the department responsible for: code creation, product structure, technical drawing development.
- Help plan and run team brainstorming sessions for new brand extensions or products.
- Ensure aligned packaging designs for Regio toilet paper.
- Build strong relationship with support areas: Mills, Finances, Supply, Marketing, Sales.
Who You Are
- Marketing, Engineering, Admin Bachelor Students
- Students who are in the last year or maximum 3 semesters about to end Bachelor
- Advanced English level
- High Analytical Skills
- High Organizational Skills
- High Communication Skills
- Comfortable with numerical reasoning
