Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives and customer solutions.
• Lead beverage application projects from concept development through commercialization, ensuring quality and timely execution.
• Develop and present innovative beverage solutions that drive customer success and business growth.
• Provide technical support across pilot trials, scale-up, and industrial production.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver effective solutions to customers.
• Leverage new technologies, tools, and innovation platforms to enhance application performance and win rates.
• Manage project pipelines effectively while continuously building market, technical, and customer insights.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Min. BS degree in food science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food fermentation, flavor or related disciplines. Master or PhD is preferred.
• Min. 5 years’ experience in food, beverage, ingredient or flavor
• Superior sensory perception to sweet, acid, bitterness, and flavor profile etc.
