Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Analyst to join our Total Rewards team.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end administration, operational governance, and regulatory compliance for international benefit plans across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.
You will join a collaborative, regional Total Rewards team dedicated to balancing global corporate strategy with local relevance to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Execute end-to-end administration for benefit plans—including vendor implementation, annual open enrollments, billing processing, and routine data quality assurance—to deliver seamless operational support and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with external benefit vendors, the Benefits Center of Excellence, Total Rewards peers, and regional Human Resources teams to monitor vendor performance, manage billing, and resolve complex employee escalations.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and paid-time-off programs by maintaining an updated compliance matrix and audit-ready documentation across the region.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Progressive international benefits administration experience in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.
- Strong knowledge of complex data set analysis, census file management, and practical experience with Human Resources management platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow.
- Proven ability in problem-solving, organizational agility, and continuous process improvement within a matrixed corporate environment.
- Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
