About the Role

As a critical member of the growing owned content team, you’ll serve as our dedicated B2B Content Manager, developing high-impact messaging for our employer, health plan, provider, and broker partners. In this role, you’ll partner with creative to drive the end-to-end production of partner-facing content, from high-converting landing pages and compelling case studies to cross-channel campaigns and sales collateral. You’ll be joining a collaborative, mission-driven team culture where your storytelling directly expands access to quality mental healthcare through key B2B relationships at Rula.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of related professional experience

• Strong portfolio of marketing content samples

• Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as creative and product marketing, to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

• Experience measuring the effectiveness of content and making adjustments to optimize performance

• Experience balancing feedback and edits from multiple stakeholders and using AI tools to optimize content

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years at a high-growth startup

• 1+ years experience in healthtech or another highly regulated industry

• 1+ years experience writing buyer-facing content for a B2B marketing function

• Experience with B2B2C marketing and/or employer benefits
