YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing existing policy and process gaps and subsequently developing solutions to close them

• Developing and implementing comprehensive compliance processes

• Further developing our protective mechanisms to maintain the quality of our products

• Responding to, investigating, managing, and resolving incidents and escalations related to product authenticity (counterfeits, trademarks, copyright) and safety issues

• Authenticating luxury products based on brand identifiers (holograms, date codes, authenticity cards, and hallmarks) to assess the quality of materials and construction

• Creating guidelines and conducting internal, cross-functional training to share expertise

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Completed studies or apprenticeship in textile engineering/ clothing technology or equivalent professional experience of in relevant environment, e.g. in Customs or Luxury, preferable fashion

• Strong fashion knowledge – Top designers and brands, current trends, garment construction, etc. is a huge plus.

• Intellectual property laws and rights are common practice for you.

• Excellent organizational & time management skills.

• Great eye for fonts and details.

• Confident communicator who possesses a positive attitude towards collaboration.

• You keep your skills sharp by constantly learning about new items being sold, and with hands-on research.

• Experienced computer skills (MS Office)

• Very good level of English both written and spoken, German is an advantage
