Join our team at Brown-Forman where you'll play a crucial role in supporting, maintaining and optimizing our global Finance and Controlling application landscape. This position is perfect for those with a finance background and a keen interest in IT. You'll be at the forefront of resolving functional incidents and fulfilling service requests, ensuring the high availability of core financial modules like Product Costing, Treasury, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA). Your work will help keep our production systems healthy and our users well-supported, all while adhering to our IT service management standards.

What You Can Expect

  • Provide essential support to minimize business disruptions by investigating and resolving high-priority functional incidents in SAP FICO and integrated systems like Coupa, Concur, and OneSource.

  • Manage standard service requests, assist with minor configuration changes, and offer "how-to" guidance to our global finance community.

  • Ensure the stability of critical financial closing processes, including Material Ledger runs, cost allocations, and financial reporting cycles.

  • Participate in root-cause analysis for recurring issues to implement permanent functional fixes and reduce ticket volume.

  • Support a global network of Finance Super Users, equipping them to handle first-level inquiries and advocate for standardized best practices.

  • Maintain regression testing documentation to ensure system integrity during upgrades, patches, and enhancement deployments.

  • Partner with the Delivery pillar during "hypercare" periods to ensure a seamless transition of new functionality into the long-term support model.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in finance or IT, with an understanding of SAP.

  • Exposure to core processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Cost Center Accounting.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced production environment.

  • Basic understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident and Request Management).

  • Familiarity with integrated technologies such as Coupa, OneSource, Concur, or Salesforce is a plus.
