Job Overview

We are looking for a Structural Analysis Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will perform structural analyses of metallic aerospace components and support the complete product development lifecycle.

You will use a combination of engineering fundamentals, hand calculations, and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to solve complex technical problems and support product design, development, validation, and troubleshooting.

Title: Associate Engineer(Structural Analysis)

What You Will Do

  • Perform static, vibration, thermal, and fatigue analyses of metallic structures using hand calculations and FEA.
  • Support the full product development lifecycle, from design and development through validation and field troubleshooting.
  • Perform detailed engineering hand calculations and FEA analyses to assess structural performance.
  • Support design reviews, technical discussions, and engineering presentations.
  • Investigate field observations, identify root causes, and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Apply aerospace standards and DO-160G requirements while performing structural and environmental analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
  • Prepare clear and technically sound engineering reports and documentation.

What You Will Learn

  • Gain hands-on experience working on advanced aerospace products and technology development.
  • Build expertise in structural analysis, FEA, and aerospace engineering standards.
  • Gain exposure to the complete product development lifecycle and real-world engineering problem solving.
  • Work with experienced engineers and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Develop your technical and professional skills through company-sponsored training and certifications.
  • Strengthen your ability to communicate technical concepts through design reviews, presentations, and customer interactions.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in static, vibration, thermal, and fatigue analysis of metallic structures using hand calculations and FEA.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one commercial FEA package, preferably ANSYS Workbench, ANSYS Icepak, or ANSYS Sherlock.
  • Strong understanding of Strength of Materials and classical engineering hand-calculation methods.
  • Experience with aerospace standards and a clear understanding of DO-160G analysis requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
  • Good technical writing skills with the ability to prepare clear engineering documentation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership, customer focus, and commitment to delivering quality engineering solutions.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Master’s degree with specialization or exposure to structural/engineering analysis.
  • Previous experience working in the aerospace, defense, automotive, or related engineering industries.
  • Exposure to FEA automation using Python, C/C++, C#, or Visual Studio .NET.
  • Experience working with global customers or cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Practical knowledge of engineering projects, processes, and systems, with the ability to apply and enhance existing methodologies.
  • Experience supporting technical reviews, presentations, and customer-facing discussions.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, where applicable
