Introduction:

As an Associate Engineer Process Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting process stability, equipment performance, and continuous improvement across various modules and fabs. You will undergo structured on-the-job training and mentorship to build foundational skills in semiconductor manufacturing, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Your Job:

  • Optimize WIP (Work in progress) management to maximize throughput and linearity. 

    Allocate and deploy workforce effectively for optimum productivity. 

    Engage specialists regularly to give feedback on performance as well as understand difficulties faced & identify potential areas for improvement.  

    Identify potential human error issues in the fab and work on corrective/preventive actions. 

    Resolve and handle line-related, preventive maintenance issues and understand all equipment capacity/constraint issues to identify, implement temporary solutions and work with Engineering team to resolve them. 

    Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping compliance in work area by all personnel. 

    Comply with environmental, health, safety and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work and workplace. 

    Ensure proper documentation and data integrity. 

Other Responsibilities:  

  • Perform 12-hours rotating shift 

    • Team Player 

    • Good ownership and accountability 

    • Good verbal and written communication skills 

    • Flexible and able to support overtime 

Required Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Microelectronics, Chemical Process Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or any other relevant engineering discipline. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities. 

    Willingness to work on rotating shifts. 

    Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing setting.
