Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced researcher to join our Singapore research team. The
successful candidate will provide in-depth analysis and insights on the Singapore
property market with a view to support business development, investment, and leasing
strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and excellent
communication abilities.

About The Role:
1. Consultancy Revenue Generation
  • Drive consultancy revenue growth in Singapore and contribute to achieving business targets.
  • Support the Industrial & Logistics team in investment sales and transaction-related activities.
  • Lead and deliver strategic consulting assignments, leveraging proprietary data, market intelligence, and industry expertise to support transaction mandates.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business and research requirements, delivering tailored insights and solutions to meet their objectives.

2. Business Development
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, market trends, and client needs.
  • Provide research-driven insights and analytical support to business development investment, and leasing teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop client proposals, presentations, and thought leadership initiatives that enhance market positioning.

3. Research & Market Intelligence
  • Track market developments across Southeast Asia, and produce regional research collateral, databases, presentations, and market intelligence to support client engagement and business development.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance investment sales databases to support feasibility studies, market analysis, and comparable transaction assessments.
  • Respond to research enquiries and provide analytical support for internal and external stakeholders as required.
4. Any other related duties as required and directed.

About you:
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in industrial and capital markets research or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in interpreting complex data sets.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial, office markets, and capital markets trends is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and productivity tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong academic background: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
