About this Associate Director, Global Field Solutions role at Revolution Medicines
Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. The Opportunity:
Revolution Medicines Information Sciences and Digital Innovation (ISDI) team is seeking an Associate Director, Global Field Solutions to lead the successful implementation of Commercial and Medical Go-To-Market technology solutions for field teams across new global regions, with an initial focus on Europe and Japan/Asia-Pacific.
This role serves as the global platform and delivery leader responsible for ensuring launch-ready field technology capabilities across international markets. The role owns global platform strategy, roadmap, solution architecture, configuration standards, vendor management, global deployments, and cross-region governance, while partnering closely with regional IT teams and European and Japan/Asia-Pacific field operations, who lead regional business engagement, requirements prioritization, adoption, change management, and local readiness. The individual will play a critical role in supporting global expansion by establishing scalable field solutions and ensuring new capabilities, brands, and regions can be added efficiently without rework or fragmentation. The ideal candidate brings strong technical acumen, experience working across multiple field enablement and customer intelligence technologies, and the ability to translate approved business requirements into scalable, globally consistent solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead implementation and deployment of Commercial and Medical field systems across global markets in close partnership with regional IT teams and regional field operations.

Translate approved global and regional business requirements into scalable global solution designs and technical specifications.

Ensure solutions are designed with global scalability in mind, enabling efficient expansion across brands, regions, and customer types

Own global CRM, field enablement, and related Commercial and Medical platform strategy, governance, roadmap, configuration standards, and implementation.

Partner closely with Regional CRM and Omnichannel Enablement leaders to understand evolving business needs, coordinate global delivery activities, and continuously improve scalable global capabilities.

Coordinate field solution implementations with regional IT and field operations as primary partners, alongside Commercial Excellence, Medical Excellence, Information Systems, vendors, and external partners.

Proactively assess AI, automation, and other emerging technology trends to enable innovative, future-ready field solutions that support evolving customer needs across markets

Establish repeatable implementation playbooks and operating models for future market expansion.

Manage stakeholder communications and provide accomplishments, status, risks, dependencies, and decision needs through global and regional governance reviews, business systems forums, and executive updates.

Partner with regional teams to support testing, training, user adoption, hypercare, and continuous improvement activities.

Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, architecture principles, security requirements, and compliance expectations.

Maintain data integrity, quality control, and compliance across dependent platforms and processes.

Manage vendor and implementation partner performance, delivery quality, and budget-impacting activities related to global omnichannel enablement.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related discipline.

10+ years of experience leading business systems, technology programs, or field enablement initiatives.

Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives.

Experience supporting Commercial and/or Medical Affairs organizations.

Strong understanding of CRM ecosystems, field enablement processes, and launch readiness activities.

Required experience with Veeva and/or Salesforce CRM.

Experience working with senior business leaders and technology teams.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder leadership skills.

Ability to influence and drive alignment across geographically dispersed teams.
Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting global Commercial or Medical launches.

Experience implementing solutions in European and/or Asia-Pacific markets.

Experience with ACTO, content management, analytics, and other field enablement platforms is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of international pharma privacy, compliance, and data governance considerations.

Life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry experience.
