We're looking for a highly creative and technical Associate Creative Director to join our team and create groundbreaking interactive and playable mobile rich media ads for our roster of Fortune 500 brands. The ideal candidate is an expert in interactive design, demonstrating a creative vision that combines graphics, motion, and UX to create memorable experiences. You'll be joining a team that values creative freedom and collaboration, leveraging new tools and technologies to bring brands to life with mobile specific opportunities. 

About the Associate Creative Director role:

• Lead Creative Strategy: Take high-level direction from clients to design and build highly engaging mobile interactive ads, ensuring designs are not just beautiful but deeply engaging, intuitive, and effective

• Innovate and Problem-Solve: Improvise on proposals with little to no creative assets, thinking imaginatively about using the available tools to still create something eye-catching and engaging

• Mentor and Inspire: Help guide and mentor a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and elevating their skills in interactive and mobile design

• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research and champion new technologies and emerging design trends ensuring our campaigns are always fresh and ahead of the competition

About YOU as the Associate Creative Director:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in a design leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive and mobile work. Experience in ad-tech, gaming, or a related interactive industry is a plus

• Expert-Level Design Skills: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles for mobile first experiences

• Strategic Thinking and Communication: The ability to translate complex marketing objectives into simple, elegant, and effective design solutions

• Specialized Knowledge: Prior experience in mobile creative production tools like Celtra and Craftsman+
