Associate will be responsible for supporting various specialized client requests and handles escalated operational processing, This role requires a strong understanding of Alternative business, financial concepts, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Understand and process and verify complex transactions, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing comprehensive and professional support.

- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Required Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial instruments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
