Job Description Summary

The role requires to ensure Admin support to take care of the Facility across shifts in supporting Manufacturing. The role will also handle contract labor administration, including their onboarding, ID cards, training coordination, and attendance tracking. Responsibilities include biometric access management and locker allocation. It is a full-time administrative position intended to strengthen ongoing operational and administrative support for the site running in all three shifts.

Job Description

• Enrolling Contract Manpower data / Issuing ID Cards to CL New Joiners. CL New Joiners training Co-ordination.

• Daily monitoring of Contract worker Attendance record and monthly generating attendance report and verifying the contract manpower attendance against invoice.

• Providing Bio Metric Access /De-Activation for employees & CL and record maintenance.

• Ensure Gowning/Shoe Lockers Issuance for New Joiners

• Coordinating and monitoring Canteen Operations.

• Ensure Upkeep of Factory Premises and Housekeeping Facility.

• Monthly Aprons and Factory Shoe Stocks data to be maintained and ensure 02 month inventory stock availability and  raise purchase request.

 Knowledge in MS office,  General admin activities and awareness of GMP area and their daily upkeep and Monitoring and solving day to day concerns with support of team.
