The Role: Assistant Store Manager

No two days are the same — and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in launching a brand‑new store and setting it up for success. You’ll lead from the front, inspire your team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and keep store operations running seamlessly.

It’s a hands‑on leadership role where your energy, ideas, and passion will truly shine.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven retail management experience, ideally in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong organisational and time‑management skills

• A creative eye and love for visual merchandising

• A passion for coaching, supporting and developing teams

• A growth mindset and enthusiasm to learn and evolve

Please note: This role will involve some travel to surrounding TK Maxx stores for training prior to opening.
