About the role

What you will do

• Ensure the spa environment remains serene, inviting, and well-maintained, including ambient lighting, music, temperature, and overall presentation.
• Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of treatment rooms, facilities, and equipment, ensuring supplies are adequately stocked at all times.
• Assist during peak periods, special events, or staff shortages by providing operational and hands-on support when required.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members on service standards, protocols, and spa procedures.
• Assist in monitoring daily operations reports, treatment revenue, and occupancy levels.

What you bring

• Diploma or certification in Spa Management, Hospitality, or Wellness preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a luxury spa, five‑star hotel, or premium resort environment; prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, guest engagement, and personalized wellness experiences consistent with international hotel brands.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with discerning, high‑profile, and international guests.
• Proven capability to multitask, prioritize operational needs, and remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service quality
