We advise clients throughout the financing lifecycle, from strategic funding reviews through to execution. Our work includes developing funding strategies, preparing marketing materials, engaging with lenders and investors, negotiating terms and supporting transactions through to financial close.

We advise across a broad range of debt products, including:

  • Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
  • Unitranche and private credit
  • Private placements
  • Subordinated debt
  • Warehouse facilities
  • Forward flow arrangements
