Transformation Initiative Support

• Support the execution of assigned agency transformation initiatives across defined workstreams.

• Assist in coordinating deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure timely completion of agreed actions.

• Track progress and provide regular updates to ensure visibility of execution status.

PMO & Execution Support

• Support PMO processes, including status tracking, documentation, and follow‑up of action items.

• Maintain meeting cadence, prepare materials, and document decisions and outcomes.

• Flag execution risks, delays, or dependencies early for escalation.

Stakeholder & Cross‑Functional Coordination

• Work with internal stakeholders across business and support functions to support initiative delivery.

• Assist in aligning stakeholders on timelines, responsibilities, and next steps.

• Facilitate communication and follow‑up to ensure actions are progressed.

Data Tracking & Reporting

• Track delivery progress using defined KPIs and milestones.

• Prepare basic dashboards, reports, and insights to support execution monitoring.

• Highlight gaps in adoption or execution and support follow‑up actions.

Field Implementation Support

• Support rollout and implementation of initiatives with field leaders and agency teams.

• Assist in ensuring initiatives are understood and embedded into day‑to‑day agency operations.

• Capture field feedback to support continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience.

• Exposure to project coordination, transformation initiatives, strategy execution, or business operations is preferred.

• Prior experience supporting agency‑related initiatives is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong coordination and execution skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deliverables.

• Comfortable working with stakeholders and supporting issue escalation.

• Basic data analysis and reporting skills.

• Structured, disciplined, and proactive working style.
