主要职能包括以下内容，但不限于此：
1)制定并维护质量计划、检验标准及培训资料等质量体系文件
2)协调跨部门团队，推动内部和市场问题快速解决
3)跟踪并分析质量数据，识别风险和改进机会，推动持续改善
4)规划并实施CAV Core及相关质量控制实践，确保装配过程符合标准
5)创建并维护QG\PDI检验清单，保障检验有效性
6)改进检查与测试方法，优化测量工具和设备，提升检测准确性与效率
7)推进质量数据数字化和可视化建设
8)维护并持续优化质量管理系统（如 AQE、DQE 等）
9)评估 ECN、PCN、Deviation 等变更事项的质量风险，制定风险控制措施
10)探索、设计并推动新型数字化质量管理工具及系统开发
岗位要求
1)具备撰写RCCA报告的能力
2)大专及以上学历，机械、电子、材料或相关专业
3)三年以上制造相关工作经验，熟悉制造业流程
4)熟悉质量工具（APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA 、CP）
5)熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系
6)良好的问题分析与解决能力，具备跨部门沟通协调能力
7)英语读写能力良好
8）为人正直，强烈的责任心和团队精神
