  • Supporting the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of AI solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agent development and administration.

  • Assisting in the rollout and adoption of future enterprise AI platforms across the student and staff community.

  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify and prioritise AI use cases aligned with the University's AI Use Classification framework and responsible AI standards.

  • Contributing to AI governance, risk management, and the development of guidance materials for staff and students.

  • Collaborating across IDS and project teams to deliver outcomes in an agile delivery environment

This position makes a significant contribution to the University’s strategic plan to “Changing 10 million lives, Every One Matters”, by 2035 through the delivery of innovative and responsible AI solutions that enhance the experiences of students, staff and the broader University community.

By partnering with stakeholders across Flinders to identify opportunities, improve services and support digital transformation, the role helps foster a culture of innovation while ensuring technology is implemented in an ethical, sustainable and agile way.

About You

You are a collaborative and forward-thinking technology professional with an interest in applying AI solutions to solve complex challenges and improve user experiences. You bring strong analytical and relationship-building skills, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and are committed to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

To be successful in this role, you will have Experience supporting AI adoption, change management, or end-user enablement at scale, along with:
