Title : Apprentice

Location : Bangalore, India.

Note : Must be graduated recently or in the year 2025 from B.Com/BBA/MBA with no backlogs.

Timings : 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice to support Supply Chain Analytics and Business Operations activities. This role is ideal for recent graduates from non-engineering backgrounds who are interested in building a career in supply chain, procurement, operations, and business analytics. The apprentice will assist with data analysis, reporting, invoice extraction processes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while gaining hands-on exposure to supply chain functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support supply chain reporting, analysis, and business performance tracking activities.

• Assist in extracting data from supplier invoices and validating invoice information for accuracy and completeness.

• Perform invoice data extraction from PDF and scanned documents and maintain structured records for reporting purposes.

• Verify extracted invoice details such as supplier information, invoice dates, invoice amounts, taxes, purchase order references, and payment terms.

• Support purchase order, inventory, supplier, and procurement data analysis.

• Maintain and update supply chain datasets, spreadsheets, and reporting templates.

• Assist in creating dashboards, presentations, and business reports for stakeholders.

• Identify data quality issues and collaborate with business teams to resolve discrepancies.

• Document business processes, reporting requirements, and standard operating procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process automation opportunities.

• Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, finance, and operations teams on day-to-day analytical activities.

• Perform ad-hoc reporting, data validation, and business analysis tasks as assigned.

• Learn and apply supply chain best practices, business processes, and reporting methodologies
