Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional groups to streamline issue resolution and improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent disruptions.
- Document and communicate technical findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in NetApp Data Management & Cloud Storage Solutions.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service.
- Strong knowledge of storage architecture, data protection, and backup strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex storage and cloud infrastructure issues effectively.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning for storage environments.
- Experience working with cloud storage integration and hybrid cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in NetApp Data Management & Cloud Storage Solutions.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
