JOB DESCRIPTION:

主要职责 Core Job Responsibilities

• 依据AN或GB方法，独立执行要求的分析测试

• Conduct chemistry tests and others as required. Independently perform analysis based on the AN or GB method

• 依据SOP和Job Aid，管理仪器和程序的控制计划

• Management Control Plans specific to chemical instrumentation and procedures according SOP and Job Acid.

• 依据相应的SOP和Job Aid，独立完成分配的日常工作，处理异常测试数据。

• Independently complete assigned routine work according to relative SOPs and job aids, deal with abnormal testing issues.

• 独立完成实验室OOS调查，并跟进相关的纠正和改进措施。

• Independently complete lab OOS investigation, and follow up with the correction and improvement.

• 及时起草和修订相关部门文件，起草分析师1和分析师2的培训计划，并执行。

• Draft and revise relative department document on time, develop training plan and implement the training for analyst1 and analyst2 .

最低学历要求Minimum Education

• 化学、制药、食品科学/工程或相关专业本科以上学历

•  Bachelor Degree and above in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, food science/Engineering  or related discipline or Diploma

最低经验/培训要求Minimum Experience / Training Required

• 良好的实践知识和GMP和食品/制药实验室GLP意识，健全的分析化学/化学操作技能知识。

• Good practical knowledge and awareness of GMP and lab GLP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing, sound knowledge of analytical chemistry/chemistry operation skills.

• 熟悉分析测试（包括蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、重金属和物理测试）和实验室仪器维护；熟悉高效液相色谱操作、气相色谱、AA或ICP和超高效液相色谱。

• Be familiar with analytical tests (including protein, fat, vitamin, heavy metal and physical tests) and lab instrument maintenance. Be familiar with HPLC, GC, AA or ICP and UPLC operation.

• 相关工作经验或同等学历和工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先。

• Relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Team management experience would be preferred.

• 良好的英语能力，熟练掌握计算机应用技能，良好的协调技能。

• Good English skill. Good command of computer application skills. Good coordination/Facilitation skill.
