YOUR NEW ROLE

• This team member specializes in completing the onboarding of customers during a manual onboarding call journey or processing an outbound referral from a banker or branch and completing and managing the onboarding of customers who have applied.
• Output and Quality monitoring to ensure program requirements are met during MWB transition.
• Test and provide feedback on potential operational improvements across the Small Business Onboarding team.
• Deliver key quality, output and CX KPI outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 1. Be motivated self- driven and passionate about customers.
• 2. Exceptional written & verbal communication to authentically build trust and rapport.
• 3.Exceptional conversation, questioning and active listening techniques to engage in curious but natural and effective discovery conversations.
• 4. Desire to explore and establish a career in banking.
• Experience in a phone- based role dersirable but not mandatory.
