Data Analyst

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in a hybrid model, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This position focuses on data analysis and process automation to support business decision-making. The role involves extracting, cleaning, and transforming information using SQL and ETL processes, as well as developing automation solutions with Python, R, and Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint. It also requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and business users, communicating findings in advanced English, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

We will count on you to:

• Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and ETL processes
• Analyze and visualize information to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Python, R, and Power Platform
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and business users
• Communicate findings and support continuous improvement initiatives

What you need to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint
• Experience in data analysis and visualization
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and business users
• Analytical thinking and creativity

What makes you stand out:

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or Mobile Application Development
• 2+ years of experience
• Experience with Python, R, or another programming language
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement
• Advanced English
