About the Role

岗位职责：

1.策略规划:

• 协助DOA制订营销服务部年度业务发展目标，并规划行动方案，确保在每一个阶段得到有效的落实并及时反馈
• 及时准确的传达、解析公司的各项政策与指标
• 运作营销服务部经委会，并定期检查其工作执行情况

2.业绩推动

• 承担分公司制定的各项责任指标，并能够合理的分配并给予有效地执行
• 推动公司策略与计划的实施
• 通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员的需求，并给予指导，协助其提升产能及发展组织
• 以部为单位规划营销员的业务活动，如创业说明会、客户答谢会等
• 充当业务主管的顾问，为营销员团队的发展提供意见与建议，保证营销团队的健康发展
• 推动区部的业务人员达成公司的MDRT、高峰竞赛等荣誉，并完成公司下达的各项目标

 3.团队管理

• 定期召开主管会议，向主管团队深度解析公司的策略与信息，并给予激励
• 培训、督导各级下属，建立高效的营业发展团队
• 同其它相关部门沟通、协调，保证各项业务发展工作顺利进行
• 管控部门费用，确保在预算范围内完成各项活动及日常工作
• 处理部门日常行政事务

4.营销员业务品质和销售行为管理

• 在业务会议中推广业务品质和合规经营理念
• 协助合规等部门对营销员进行合规和纪律管理
• 及时发现并报告营销员团队中存在业务品质风险和异常业务行为

5. 为了满足业务需求，完成其他主管分配的临时性任务

 岗位要求 ：

• 本科或以上学历
• 8年以上相关工作经验
• 系统的业务管理结构和保险经营环境知识
• 强大的领导力
• 基础业务培训及资源管理技能
• 优秀的分析和决策能力
• 卓越的沟通和演讲技巧
• 扎实的项目管理技巧
