About the Role
岗位名称：产品开发管理培训生
岗位职责：
产品研究
−收集和整理客户需求和反馈，协助开展目标客户需求调研，为产品开发提供支持；
−跟踪了解寿险行业监管政策，整理相关信息，确保产品合规性；
−收集分析市场趋势，了解行业动态，协助发现市场新机会；
−分析产品数据反馈，为产品优化提供支持；
−了解并参与行业服务生态圈的发展变化。
产品设计
−参与制定针对不同客户群体的产品价值主张，以满足目标客群的需求
产品管理；
−负责产品全生命周期管理，跟踪项目进度，及时发现反馈问题，并协助解决，确保产品的顺利上线；
−跟进产品上线后的反馈，推动产品的持续改进；
−编写整理监管报告，确保符合监管要求。
岗位要求：
−全日制本科及以上学历，数学、统计、金融、保险、精算相关专业优先；
−符合友邦文化价值观，谦逊、踏实、且具有共赢意识；
−英文能力优秀，听说读写流利；
−具备极强的目标规划能力、适应力、学习创新力、坚韧耐挫力、內驱力；
−能够接受异地、跨部门的轮岗工作。
