About the Role
岗位名称：项目经理管理培训生
岗位职责：
-基于业务导向及各职能部门需求，参与数字化平台及内容运营的统筹规划；
-结合营销员端及客户端的各应用平台，落实跨平台交流与合作；
-落实推进并对各个数字化平台项目全流程进行进度管理；
-定期撰写相关的项目规划及进展报告。
岗位要求：
−全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学、精算等相关专业优先；
−符合友邦文化价值观，谦逊、踏实、且具有共赢意识；
−英文能力优秀，听说读写流利；
−具备极强的目标规划能力、适应力、学习创新力、坚韧耐挫力、內驱力；
−能够接受异地、跨部门的轮岗工作。
