About this AI Solutions Specialist role at Levelpath
Levelpath is the modern AI procurement platform for global enterprises. We work with Fortune 500 companies to transform how they buy — and that starts with people who can sit across from a customer, understand their business, and make our platform work for their world.
This is a customer solutions role reporting up to our AI & Product Solutions Architect. You'll spend your time working directly with enterprise procurement teams — learning how they operate, reading their policies and process documents, and translating what you learn into AI configurations that make the platform behave correctly for their environment. AI is the tool you'll use, not the job title you'll hide behind.
We're looking for someone who is sharp, curious, and great with people. Someone who can read a room and read a policy document with equal skill. If you come from consulting, customer success, implementation, business analysis, or any role where you owned a customer relationship and had to figure out complex problems on their behalf — this is the role.
What You’ll Do
You'll own the delivery that makes AI work for real customers.
Work directly with enterprise customers on implementation calls — understanding their procurement processes, asking the right questions, clarifying ambiguous requirements, and building trust
Read customer policy documents, SOPs, approval matrices, and routing rules, and extract the business logic that needs to be captured
Translate what you learn into clear AI configurations — prompts, rules, decision trees, and routing instructions that guide the platform's behavior
Test your work rigorously: build test cases, cover edge cases and unusual scenarios, and iterate until the configuration meets the customer's requirements
Investigate when AI does something unexpected, figure out why, and improve it
Manage your own engagements day-to-day — tracking what's decided, what's open, and what's blocking progress
Configure AI agents for use cases like document analysis, classification, compliance checking, and procurement workflows
Build reusable templates and approaches that help us solve similar customer problems faster
Share what you're learning with our product and engineering teams to make Levelpath better
What We're Looking For
We care more about how you work with people and solve problems than what’s on your résumé.
You'll probably be great at this if you:
Have real experience working directly with customers — you've owned a relationship, managed expectations, and navigated the messy reality of enterprise accounts
Can take something complicated or ambiguous and make it clear and structured — whether that's a customer conversation or a 30-page policy document
Are exceptionally detail-oriented and notice things other people miss
Write clearly and precisely — vague communication creates problems in this role
Love solving puzzles and figuring out why something isn't working
Are technically curious and enjoy learning new tools — you don't need to be an engineer, but you pick things up quickly and aren't intimidated by technology
Have played with AI tools and are genuinely fascinated by what they can do
Take ownership — if something isn't working for your customer, you keep digging until you understand why
Are organized enough to manage multiple customer engagements without dropping threads
Thrive in a fast-moving environment where you'll constantly be learning
Backgrounds That Tend to Succeed Here
People who do well in this role tend to come from:
Implementation consulting or customer onboarding
Customer success or account management at a B2B SaaS company
Solutions consulting or pre-sales engineering
Business analysis or process improvement
Management consulting
Operations roles where you translated business requirements into system configurations
What these backgrounds share: you worked closely with customers, you dealt with complexity, and you had to make something work in the real world — not just in theory.
What You Don't Need
You don't need to be a software engineer. This is not an engineering role.
You don't need a computer science degree.
You don't need to already be an expert in procurement.
And you don't need years of AI experience — just genuine curiosity and the ability to learn fast.
We'll teach you our platform, our domain, and our methods. You bring the customer instinct, the analytical rigor, and the drive to figure things out.
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000.
