Summary:
As an AI Native Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and delivering software solutions where artificial intelligence is deeply integrated into the engineering process. This role focuses on creating production-ready applications that leverage AI capabilities throughout the software lifecycle. The engineer actively participates in validating and refining these solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Continuous enhancement of development and operational practices is a key aspect, fostering innovation and efficiency in building AI-driven software products within a collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate AI-native methodologies into software development processes to enhance product capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their technical growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to align AI-driven software initiatives with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development, Python (Programming Language), Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software components and services.
- Ability to work with complex AI models and integrate them seamlessly into scalable software solutions.
- Familiarity with software development best practices including version control, testing, and continuous integration.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing AI-based applications for performance and reliability.
- Capability to analyze and interpret AI model outputs to improve software functionality and user experience.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agent Development.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
